The Lausanne Younger Leaders (YLGen) Network in Nigeria is connecting ideas and influencers to re-write the story of Nigeria in global missions and national transformation.
Younger Leaders Gatherings (YLG) bring together influential evangelical leaders between the ages of 25-35, connecting participants with each other and with other senior global leaders to build up the next generation of influencers.
Over the span of ten years, YLGen will work to build connections across generations by walking alongside younger leaders and connecting them more intentionally to Lausanne issue networks, regions, missional resources, and mentors, as well as to one another through peer groups.
The 4-Tier Vision of the Lausanne Movement
The Gospel for every person An Evangelical church for every people Christ-like leaders for every church Kingdom impact in every sphere of society
Issue Networks
35 global networks of reflective practitioners, each led by a Lausanne Catalyst, are dedicated to today’s missional challenges and opportunities. Catalysts serve alongside Regional Directors who provide insight on how issues are being contextually adopted in their regions.
Generations
YLGen is a ten-year commitment to strategically partner with younger leaders and to connect them more intentionally to Lausanne issue networks, regions, resources, and mentors, as well as to one another through peer groups.
Regional Hubs
Working closely with Regional Directors, Lausanne Nigeria seeks to connect influencers and ideas in each region of the country through networking, regional consultations, and contextualized communications to and from their region.
